Hello, class. After I learned about gorillas in this lesson, I got interested in animals that are becoming extinct. So, I did some research to learn more. Then, I was very surprised, because so many animals are becoming extinct. I’d like to tell you about three such animals. First, I’d like to talk about pandas. They are black and white bears and are very cute. They live in the forests in China. The number of people in China has been increasing, and people have destroyed a lot of forests. Second, I’d like to talk about lions. They are called the king of all animals. They live in Africa. They are very strong, so a lot of people like to hunt them. Third, I’d like to talk about polar bears. They are very big white bears. They live in the ice fields in the North Pole. But the ice there is melting because of global warming. I think we have to do something to save these animals. Thank you. |
